Pogoste napake pri uporabi napajalnika za LED-svetilke


In the daily LED power supply installation process, the reasons for wrong installation are different. In summary, they can be broadly divided into the following categories:


01) Error Description: the product installation interval is too small.

Hidden danger points:

1. It is not conducive to the heat dissipation of the power supply, and the service life of the power supply is shortened and easily damaged;

2. The power supply uses the enclosure for heat dissipation. If the power supply is used closely, it is equivalent to the power supply working in a high-temperature environment rather than in a ventilated environment, which will also shorten the service life of the power supply and be easy to damage.


02) Error Description: the power terminal is too close to the ground.

Hidden danger points:

1. The air outlet of the power supply is blocked, the air duct is blocked, and the heat dissipation effect of the power supply is poor, which greatly reduces the service life of the power supply;

2. In rainy days, water is easy to splash into the product, resulting in leakage, short circuit and other phenomena, causing damage to the power supply;

3. The exposed wiring terminal is easily wetted by rain, resulting in leakage, short circuit and other phenomena, resulting in power supply damage.


03) Error Description: install the power supply in an airtight environment.

Hidden danger point: the heat generated by the power supply cannot be dissipated, and the ambient temperature of the product will be higher and higher. When the ambient temperature exceeds the rated temperature of the product, the power supply will be damaged, or the fire will be caused.


04) Error Description: the terminal is blocked by the insulation glue of the wire, resulting in the screw not completely eating the copper wire of the wire.

Hidden danger points:

1. AC input will cause the input voltage of power supply to become low due to poor contact, thus causing power supply abnormality;

2. The DC output will cause the resistance of the contact point to increase, and the temperature will rise when the current is high, which may cause ignition.


05) Error Description: the constant voltage power supply cannot supply power to the system in parallel.

Hidden trouble point: the power distribution is uneven and the voltage is high in parallel operation of the power supply. The power supply will work at the maximum current (overload current point). The power supply is easy to be overload protected, and it will also cause damage to the power supply due to over power operation.


06) Error Description: during installation and use, the installation holes are added at will, and the internal circuit of the power supply is damaged by violent operation during installation.

Hidden danger points: the power supply can not work normally, and the fire is easy to be caused.


07) Error Description: the metal copper wire or metal debris falls into the power supply, causing short circuit and ignition of the element pin, and the high-voltage string of the element explodes, resulting in no output of the power supply.
